![]() You should then scan your drive and fix any errors found if you can, but scanning the drive for errors is optional. I used Minitool Partition Wizard for this. First of all, I recommend you wipe your PS2 hard drive, just delete the partition and fill the whole drive with 0's. All you have to do is exactly what he does in the video, with a few exceptions. I'll include a link to a youtube video at the bottom with instructions. INSTALLATION: Installing this image is as simple as installing any FHDB image. Here's a quick list of the programs I added: Remember it's not even a 1.0 yet, but it's still handy. Don't create partitions with it unless you plan on using the mkfs command on it in pfsshell, and don't use it to manage partitions containing tens of thousands of files. Be careful with PS2 PFS Explorer, it's a handy program, but it has it's flaws. ![]() I also put some handy programs in the _sysconf/Misc folder. PSX (POPStarter r13 RIP 06) (Must copy extra files first!) (The 2.0 has v20190605) Nintendo Entertainment System (fceu-packed x.3.3 cdvdsupport) Here is a quick list of the systems this copy of FHDB PRE-CONF can play without adding additional apps: There was a bios file that appeared copyrighted, but it was just an open-source remake. Please note that the emulators and apps I added were not created by me but seem not to be copyrighted either. Some emulators do choose where to save their save files however, but all your game backups may be categorized by folder and on the hard drive in the +Roms partition. That's why I included a +Roms partition and a +Saves partition. Load game backups from any pfs partition on the hard drive ![]() Run from the main menu (some wLE magic was involved) (Hence the "P" at the end of v1.0P) Now these aren't just any emulators I chose, I chose only emulators that meet a certain criteria. (Details below.) I pretty much made FHDB setup as simple as possible for you guys, this started out as a mere USB recovery disc I can edit for the sake of an easy re-installation, (and it still is) but I figure I might as well share a public version with you guys. Since then I have added it to a FHDB installation, now you can install all the ART files in under 20 minutes! Not only that, I configured FHDB to play or emulate many different systems without installing a thing! I configured everything too, all you need to do is install FHDB with my image, copy some small configuration files to a memory card (8kb) and if you want to play PSX games you need to make a _.POPS partition/add some copyrighted files I couldn't legally include. Since then I removed more duplicates/fluff, and fixed the name format on the BG files too. Just a quick recap: I took the entire OPL Manager image archive, updated it a bit, removed extra screenies and background files and made sure every file was named in a format OPL can actually read. I made some updates to my OPL ART archive.
